At Exclusive Scents, we want you to be completely enamored with your signature fragrance. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for unopened and gently tested products.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Secure the Fragrance

  Carefully pack the perfume in its original luxury packaging and place it inside a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it securely to the exterior of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
